Shima Zamanian Najafabadi, a doctoral student at Université de Sherbrooke under the supervision of Prof. Sébastien Langlois, is the recipient of a Globalink FRQNT-Mitacs research scholarship. This scholarship was awarded to her for an internship at the École Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’État (ENTPE) in France under the supervision of Prof Alireza Ture Savadkoohi.
The Globalink research scholarship in partnership between the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Nature et technologies (FRQNT) and Mitacs aims to promote the international mobility of students whose research activities are part of the scientific programming of the strategic clusters funded by the FRQNT. The research grant is an additional tool available to the strategic clusters to strengthen their action and influence on the international scene in the context of established or developing research projects or partnerships.
